NOTE: These are not the final statistics as the questionnaire is still ongoing.
Are eCommerce professionals seeing a rise in salaries?
In our 2024 survey, a significant number of eCommerce professionals reported receiving a pay rise - 61% to be exact. But how have things changed in 2025?
Our data so far shows that 51% of respondents saw a salary increase. While not a dramatic drop, we will hopefully see this number reflect a more positive change in salary progression.
What is the deciding factor for eCommerce candidates?
Landing the perfect eCommerce role requires careful consideration. With multiple offers on the table, what makes one stand out over another? We asked respondents about their non-negotiables!
The top three answers so far? Remote working, competitive salary and job security. These insights highlight what truly matters to today’s eCommerce talent - and we can’t wait to reveal more in our full report!
Remote vs. hybrid working: what’s changing?
In 2024, 77% preferred a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility and time in the office as a healthy balance. But is that still the case?
So far, it still seems to be the top choice for our respondents. However, there has been a slight rise in those wanting purely remote work. Let's see the final results when the report is launched!
