Welcome to day three of Panda Values week where we explored the importance of having a dePANDAble nature.

Depandable

Our purpose here at Cranberry Towers is to create happiness, one job at a time and in order to do this; a depandable relationship is required between cranberry panda and our clients and candidates. We understand that in recruitment relationships there is a requirement for mutual depandability and this comes from respect and confidence in the services that are provided.  Providing a depandable service is a two way system whereby our clients can depend on us to provide them with a reliable service, similarly we can rely on our clients to provide us with feedback, continuity and confidence in our services.Happiness cannot be one sided and continuity in a service is essential, something that we keep in mind at cranberry panda. Adopting this mind-set ensures that our services are not only depandable, they are reputable. This reliability is found throughout the recruitment process and beyond whereby candidates will flourish if they are given honest feedback as this will be provide them with the correct pathway to success in interviews.

Depandability is the fundamental principle when aiming to achieve the other values; it is the core principle to fulfilling our purpose and creating happiness. Imaginative influencers, another key value, would not have any credibility if people didn’t view cranberry panda as trustworthy or reliable. If people could not rely on the dependability of our ‘out of the box’ solutions then we may not appear as approachable. The underlying principle of the Panda Adventure is being able to place faith in the depandable nature of the Panda’s and feel comfortable going on the adventure. As a versatile company, it is essential to be perceived as reliable and trustworthy so when we are constantly adapting, our efforts to grow will not be seen as unstable.

Here at Cranberry Towers we understand that our value of dependability is a long-termobjective and it applies to all aspects of our work; clients, candidates and for each other. In order to achieve depandability, it is important that this approach is nurtured and viewed as a mutually beneficial relationship. By combining our specialisms, we are able to advise and guide one another and to give candidates access to the selection of expertise that are available. Candidates must be able to rely on us when looking for help finding a job, in order for them to feel secure and comfortable there must be a mutual dependability which lives up to expectations of this relationship. Clients, much like candidates, trust us with their futures. Clients will put confidence in us to brand them a certain way, acting as an extension of their brand.
