Imaginative Influencers

The Panda Vision is not just about taking on a job and trying to place someone or anyone, we aim to go a step further and deliver the best possible package for all parties involved. Through using our expertise we aspire to secure the best possible role for candidates and adopt an imaginative mind-set to achieve the best, the most ‘pandafied’, solution possible. Truly understanding the impact of imaginative influencers requires us to embrace knowledge reach and openness whilst being creative in our solutions. 

When speaking of an ‘influencer’ it is important to understand this in the widest context of the word, an influencer doesn’t necessarily create new ideas but instead can magnify our own visions and allow us to reach our potential. Similar to the depandable value, this approach requires a mutual relationship whereby in order to be a positive impact on others it is essential to allow others to be an imaginative influence on ourselves. An imaginative influencer can also be seen as a role model whereby we should take notice of the achievements of others and model some of our attributes on them. By appreciating the achievements of others, we can be motivated to succeed individually and also notice the positive influence our achievements have collectively. 

When faced with challenges it is crucial to take notice of other perspectives as even the smallest suggestions can inspire someone to think imaginatively about a situation and find an alternative solution. Acknowledging that others have specialisms which we could benefit from is key to enable the expansion of Cranberry Panda. In order to fully embrace the impact of imaginative influencers, it is necessary to keep up to date with relevant developments in the industry. Additionally, attending educational and networking events allows our mind set to grow and flourish, under the impact of imaginative influencers.

Imaginative influencers can be a source of confidence and support for candidates who may be nervous before an interview. Modelling some of our character traits on other people is an effective way to improve our traits, confidence and presence in an interview. In order to uphold this value, it is pivotal to be open with advice and guidance, providing candidates with true solutions. When getting a new job, the impact that this can have is immeasurable and so imagination and creativity are prevalent in this situation. The Panda adventure is the best pathway to a better job and a better life.

We're a continuous part of both clients and candidates' journeys; we aim to stay on the radar permanently. In order to perform this role succinctly, the Panda’s aim is to demonstrate the value of imaginative influencers and display how their impact can influence our approach to clients and candidates. Being a positive influence on the client’s team is equally significant as finding the perfect candidate for a role. To go forward and thrive as a team and individual, it is necessary to understand what the team requires and to place the perfect candidate.
