That's right, it's time to be excited because we've just launched our 2016 ecommerce salary survey! Yippeee!

In this year's survey, you'll find questions on salaries, salary expectations, industry growth, workplace happiness and personal branding. Short on time? Fear not, the survey will only take you around  3 - 7 minutes. That's quick enough to squeeze in on your lunch break and a lovely way to spend your morning or evening commute ... (hint, hint!)

Why do we create this survey? To provide ecommerce superstars and brands worldwide with access to a great salary benchmarking resource, and food for thought when it comes to retaining ecom heroes, creating happiness in the workplace, and more. But we don't want the goodness to stop there ... this year, for the first 500 completed survey responses, we'll give £1 per survey to either the Running Charity or Anthony Nolan.
