Average salaries have increased

Getting down to the nitty-gritty, this is what you are here for!

We have seen some significant changes in average eCommerce income throughout the years, with 2022 being no exception. Salaries have increased from an average of £61,969 in 2021, to £63,571 which is great for employees working within the eCommerce and Digital sectors. Hybrid-working

New for 2022, we have seen a huge increase in the amount of hybrid working over the past few months, with many businesses getting on board to support the changes we have seen since the impact of COVID-19, and we are seeing this from both sides – working predominantly from home and from the office. Our survey tells us that 31% of workers spend 1-2 days at home, versus 11% of workers spending 1-2 days in the office instead. Which do you prefer?

Happiness in the eCommerce Industry

As it should be, happiness and health strike huge importance in the workplace. We asked respondents ‘How happy are you in your current role?’ on a scale of 1 to 100.

The results shows that the average number is 67/100, an improvement on last year’s result of 63/100, meaning on whole, the rate of happiness is increasing. Take a read to see why this might be!
