It's vital for you to be blown away by the potential employer and you will need to find out as much about them as possible, before deciding whether they are the right company for you. By asking the following questions, will not only give you more insight into the role but will also show the employer how committed and serious you are.

  • How would you describe a typical week/day in this position?

  • How is performance measured and reviewed?
  • Are you most interested in a candidate who works independently, in a team, cross-functionally, or a combination? Can you give me an example?
  •  Do you have any reservations or how does my experience compare to the others in the process?

And if you're feeling particularly confident;
