About the role
- Analyse the trade reports and feed back on product performance, category performance, and KPI metrics
- Be in charge of the roadmap ensuring there is continuous site improvement to deliver a seamless customer journey
- Work with the wider online management team and commercial buying team to drive performance
- Create and deliver plans that focus on key strategic growth and relevant customer segments
About you
- Proven experience with eCommerce trading (must come from a fashion background)
- Previous management experience
- Confident and able to bring new ideas to the table
- Comfortable with using key metrics
- Experience working in a fast-paced test and learn environment
