London - Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Experienced and passionate Data & Analytics Manager required for a global digital marketing agency working with leading retail and eCommerce brands. You will hold a key role in analyzing and reporting client data to provide insights to help guide and improve strategies. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a leading company that focuses on supporting employee learning and development.

About the Role:

  • Deliver value from data through quarterly deep dives to evaluate channel strategies and contribute to the 3-month growth plans for top clients
  • Collaborating with the client teams to provide weekly and monthly insights for performance checks and reports
  • Forecasting performance of clients
  • Onboarding new clients through workshops and creating custom dashboards
  • Providing ad-hoc tracking and reporting for clients
  • Strategically guiding and improving the processes and systems used for reporting and analysis
  • Analysis of our previous client data to help create trends analysis content pieces

About You:

  • Strong technical experience in data and analytics
  • Collaborative communicator — working with other teams in the agency as well as with clients
  • Experience in creating dashboards with data visualization tools
  • Innovative mindset, continuously striving to understand changing eCommerce landscapes and technologies
