This is a newly created role reporting to the CEO, the Head of Digital Marketing will lead an internal team of 5 as well as the agencies, responsible for driving eCommerce growth through digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 across Paid Media, CRM, Content & Social.
- Manage and improve the in-house paid media strategy focusing on ROI.
- Deliver Social Campaigns across all platforms.
- Create a reporting and analytics suite to analyse performance, competently reporting and influencing upwards.
You will have
- Muti-category eCommerce experience from a well-known brand.
- Experience as a hands-on digital marketer across all channels.
- Agency management experience.
- Team management experience.
- Excellent communicator and experienced reporting to C-Suite.
- Analytical, able to use data to influence and inform senior stakeholders.
