PPC Manager 

This is a fast-growing eCommerce platform disrupting the energy and renewables sector. They are seeking a PPC Manager to join the team. You will lead and optimise paid search and social campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing performance marketing and is comfortable with hands-on management of digital ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and others.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing data-driven changes.
• Work collaboratively with teams in analytics, product, and design to enhance campaign outcomes.
• Conduct testing to refine strategies, including ad copy, bids, and landing page performance.
• Introduce automation and scripting to improve efficiency in campaign management.
• Align digital marketing activities with the broader business strategy.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum of four years’ experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics platforms.
• A highly analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting large datasets to drive decision-making.
• Creative and forward-thinking, with a history of adapting to industry changes and advancements.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting detailed performance reports and actionable recommendations.
