We are currently partnering with a growing, sustainability-focused international business that is transforming the built environment through innovative material solutions.
As part of their continued growth, they’re looking to appoint a creative and commercially minded Social Media Executive to join their digital team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on storytelling, community building and driving measurable engagement across digital platforms.
Social media plays a critical role in this organisation’s brand growth across architect, trade and homeowner audiences globally. This position will take ownership of social content execution, audience growth and engagement strategy across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Execute and help evolve the social media strategy in line with broader marketing goals
- Own and manage the social content calendar
- Develop high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform (with strong focus on video and native formats)
- Capture on-site and event-based content when required
Community Engagement
- Manage day-to-day interaction across social channels
- Build and nurture an engaged online community
- Identify and collaborate with industry influencers and partners
- Leverage user-generated content to drive advocacy and social proof
Growth & Performance
- Drive audience growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube
- Track engagement metrics and report on performance insights
- Optimise campaigns based on analytics and trends
Innovation & Collaboration
- Stay ahead of social trends and platform updates
- Test new formats and creative approaches
- Collaborate cross-functionally to surface expertise and ensure brand consistency
About You
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand or organisation
- Strong understanding of platform trends and best practices
- Experience creating content from concept through to publication
- Confident with basic design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Experience using social scheduling/analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout)
- Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
- Creative mindset with commercial awareness
- Comfortable engaging stakeholders across the business
