#PandaPounds 2018: What happened at the launch party?

Apr 27, 2018 12:03:39 PM

Wow, what a way to launch our 2018 ecommerce salary survey & insights report! 640 ecommerce professionals took part in our survey this year, sharing insights on everything from salary to work-life balance sentiments.

The survey covers our ecommerce specialisms – ecommerce management, digital marketing, web analytics, digital design and much more! There was so much insight this year and we couldn’t have done it without our wonderful respondents.

As always, we want to celebrate these insights by throwing a party only the pandas can throw. Here’s what happened…

Launching #PandaPounds in style

The #PandaPounds launch took place at Dirty Martini, Bishopsgate, and there are a few reasons why we always return here; great location, brilliant staff, scrumptious food and of course…delicious cranberry bellini’s.

From 6PM, our friends from the ecommerce world were welcomed with a new addition to the #PandaPounds party…the cranberry panda bellini! It was pandabulous! After some introductory networking with friends old and new, our chief panda Jonathan Hall officially launched the 2018 insights.

Some of the insights covered by Jonathan included:

  • What keeps ecommerce professionals happy in a role?
  • Average ecommerce salaries
  • Who saw a pay rise in the last 12 months?
  • The gender pay gap in ecommerce – a big focus for us this year!

Following a fantastic presentation, the night continued with cocktails, food, networking and fun!

#PandaPounds 2018: What’s next?
