Salaries are on the rise

A positive trend emerges as 70% of respondents report receiving a pay increase in the past 12 months. Encouragingly, none of the participants have reported a decrease in their salaries.

Non-negotiables unveiled

We delved into the preferences of our respondents, unveiling that a remarkable 95% prioritise a competitive salary as their non-negotiable, with remote working closely following at 77%.

It looks like flexibility and fair compensation is essential for eCommerce professionals.

eCommerce teams are GROWING

So far we have found that 46% of respondents shared that their teams have grown in the past 12 months, suggesting that eCommerce hiring is beginning to pick up as demands grow.

This is great news all round – businesses are able to upscale, eCommerce professionals have more job opportunities, and hiring managers and eCommerce recruiters have access to more roles.
