Guess who won Best Client Service 2012 at the MARAs?

... We did! This year, we were finalists for 4 categories at the MARA awards: Best Client Service, Best Candidate Experience, Recruitment Boss of the Year and Best Social Media Strategy.

The MARAs were held at Park Lane Plaza last night and it was nothing short of a fantastic event! We were wined, dined and entertained beyond belief. It’s safe to say that we’re hanging pandas today.

It has been a brilliant two years so far and we are over the moon to tell you we scooped a MARA for Best Client Service and we wanted to share this fantastic news with you!

Why did we win Best Client Service 2012?

Our clients are ambitious ecommerce retailers who enjoy working with us because we understand what they do, what they are striving to achieve and how we can help them. Here are a few reasons we won:

  • our clients love us – they tell us so
  • we are with them for the long term, they value that
  • we have a 98% success rate in candidates staying well beyond their induction period

"With their industry sector knowledge strong enough for their clients to refer to them as ‘strategic partners’, the winner of this category provided stand-out case studies to underpin a consultative proposition for which they are renowned. Both offline and online, significantly through social media, their client engagement is both on-brand and entirely synergetic to the company’s market.” MARA Judges, 2012.

Everything we do is geared at making our clients life easy. The help and services we provide, take away the stress of finding great people.

Thank YOU for helping us win and spreading the lurve of the panda.
