World Mental Health Day 2018: Celebrating the success of Sanctus

Oct 10, 2018 9:57:51 AM

Today is ‘World Mental Health Day’ and it’s a cause that is close to our heart here at cranberry towers.

Our core purpose is creating happiness, one job at a time. That’s not just for our candidates and clients, but for ourselves too. With the help of Sanctus over the past two years, we have strived to create a space that allows the pandas to discuss mental health and wellbeing.

Sanctus – what’s it all about?

So, while you may have the gym for your physical health and wellbeing, have you ever come across a gym for your mental health? If the answer is no, that’s about to change.

Founded by James and George, Sanctus was created to fully explore mental health in the work place and in our personal lives as well. Instead of a personal trainer, you will have a coach to help you find the right balance and improve your mental fitness!

As mentioned, cranberry panda has been using a Sanctus coach for two years now. Once a month, we each sit down with our coach and simply talk. No session would be the same, so we can’t explicitly tell you what to expect.

What we can tell you is that these coaching sessions have created more openness within cranberry towers which is exactly what needs to happen in companies today. It has allowed individuals in our team to explore situations they might not necessarily focus on in the hustle and bustle of London life.
