About the role
- Oversee the performance of the website and work closely with the team to grow the business across further markets.
- Manage the online trade sales budget and forecasting.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic and sales funnels to identify conversion bottlenecks.
- Manage and oversee the site categories, filters, navigation, search, and product placements.
- Work with the Head of Digital to plan end-to-end customer journey for new collection launches and promotions.
- Monitor competitor trends and report findings back to the wider team.
About you
- Several years experience within eCommerce, ideally in a retail background.
- Good understanding of web tools (Shopify, Google Analytics, OMS, etc).
- Analytical mind with strong technical proficiency and commercial awareness.
- Able to work to tight deadlines, multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for what you do, eager to learn, and a positive attitude.
