eCommerce Manager | Health & Wellness 

With the backing of a multi-billion pound business, this brand launched three years ago and is already dominating the Health & Wellness space.

They sell across their own D2C site as well as marketplaces. They are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to drive their online business while delivering commercial targets and building strong foundations for ongoing business growth.

This will be the first eCommerce hire for the business and will be reporting directly to the CEO. Ideally, the eCommerce Manager will have experience working within a start-up environment, is able to work independently, and able to lead on projects. A great opportunity for someone looking for a step up and to really make this their own. Eventually building an eCommerce team, but to begin with, this role will be very hands-on.

About the role:

• Develop the eCommerce strategy to drive brand awareness, sales, and growth
• Create weekly and monthly trading & product performance reports and present back to the wider team
• Develop and help manage the execution of all online marketing programs and initiatives to drive sales including paid search, SEO, and email marketing
• Constantly monitor the website to improve website UX to drive customer engagement
• Ensure all products and categories are correctly and effectively merchandised to optimise the customer experience

About you:

• Several years experience working in eCommerce, ideally within a start-up
• Proven experience building and driving a D2C & B2B brand
• Experience with achieving significant sales growth across Amazon
• Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using web analytics tools
