About the role
- Responsible for owning the execution of the customer propositions strategy
- Work closely with various teams to lead plans across trading and merchandising to ensure forecasts are achieved
- Provide detailed analysis to track KPI performance, and identify new opportunities for growth
- Prioritise new features to develop a leading and seamless customer experience
About you
- Several years experience in eCommerce
- Highly analytical, commercial, and strong problem-solving skills
- Fantastic communication - both written and oral
- Able to prioritise and manage several projects
