About the role
- Creating the best technical solutions for meeting business and customer needs
- Developing relationships with colleagues from data insight and UX teams to gain a deeper understanding of customers and their needs
- Utilizing various departments such as marketing, merchandising, retail, creative and so much more to ensure that internal stakeholders are well aligned with requirements that need to be met
- Monitor the analysis, scoping and delivery of digital road map initiatives to understand the impact across all departments
- Providing a customer-focused approach to implementing new strategies and communicating opportunities and progress across the business
- Ability to effectively communicate with all customers and service providers
- Experience within eCommerce, as a Product Owner (retail/digital/agile environment)
- Technical Experience preferred
- Prioritise tasks accordingly with a strong commercial focus
- Driven to provide results and manage the full life cycle of projects
