Our client is looking to recruit a Digital Analyst to increase the reach, engagement and conversion across all digital channels. They are looking for someone who will play a key role in providing data insights and highlighting areas of opportunity and strength that will guide the business. The Digital Analyst will provide analysis into the customer behaviour and website performance to improve the customer experience. About the role

  • Gather business requirements for data collection and translate them into implementation instructions
  • Take the lead on improving the digital analytics capability and develop a roadmap
  • Develop and improve data tracking and tagging for all websites
  • Constantly look for new opportunities and regularly make suggestions as to how things can be improved.

About you

  • Experience working in a web analytics role, preferably in an eCommerce fashion / luxury brand
  • Highly analytical, dynamic and attentive
  • Confident and articulate communicator - happy to present weekly to the wider business
  • Able to analyse complex data
