This business has seen outstanding growth on a global scale. In this newly created role, the Amazon Account Manager will be managing the performance of the DACH market and help to drive the Amazon channel forward.
They are looking for someone who is strategic, has excellent communication skills, is able to educate senior stakeholders, and an expert in Amazon.
About the role
- Be the first point of call for all seller support cases.
- Use customer feedback to analyse key metrics and trends to drive the business forward.
- Implement strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and maximise revenue on Amazon.
- Stay in-the-know about Amazon policies, rules, and regulations.
- Draw insights and make recommendations to drive account performance and implement various strategic objectives as aligned with Amazon.
About you
- Strong knowledge of Amazon and Seller Central.
- SEO and copywriting experience.
- Experience with Amazon deals and promotions.
- Data-driven and able to comfortably forecast for both sales and spend.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence upwards.
