Ecommerce Manager
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in central London)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Benefits
About the Role:
This D2C scale-up brand is searching for an ecommerce manager to oversee and optimise our online retail operations across multiple markets. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on driving growth through digital channels, enhancing customer engagement, and increasing sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the performance of the online stores across key international markets, tailoring strategies for local audiences.
- Drive improvements in online sales through better conversion rates, higher average order values, and optimised product presentations.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimising the user experience across all platforms.
- Enhance customer journeys, focusing on improving navigation, product details, and collection pages.
- Monitor commercial performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate and lead testing of user experience flows, aiming to continuously optimise the customer journey.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations, particularly in a direct-to-consumer environment.
- Solid knowledge of Shopify Plus and its app ecosystem, with a proven ability to manage online stores effectively.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA and marketplace strategies is ideal, whether through direct experience or managing external partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth through optimisation strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and A/B testing results to guide decision-making.
