As they continue to invest in their online presence, they are looking for an eCommerce Manager to be responsible for developing and executing the eCommerce strategy. This role involves overseeing the online sales platform, managing campaigns, and ensuring a seamless user experience to drive online revenue and customer satisfaction.
About the role
- Create strategies that enhance sales, improve the user experience, and drive revenue.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimised for conversion.
- Continuously improve the online shopping experience through A/B testing, user feedback, and data analysis.
- Use analytics tools to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and generate insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and sales.
About you
- Previous eCommerce experience, ideally in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful eCommerce strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
