- Solid experience with Amazon and other marketplaces
- Experience working in the Luxury space
- Able to travel globally 2-3 times per year
About the role:
- Responsible for managing all third-party partners on a global scale
- Manage the marketplace Customer Experience and provide recommendations for improving the site experience
- Provide reporting on all brand metrics and KPIs and present findings back to senior stakeholders
- Build strong external relationships with individuals/teams at each marketplace to ensure the brand is first in line for marketing opportunities and features
- Ensure marketplaces are considered within the rollout of any new launches and long-term opportunities
About you:
- Several years experience within marketplaces, with a particular focus on Amazon
- A clear understanding of how to launch and develop a brand on marketplaces
- Highly organised, have a proven ability to multi-task, and have strong attention to detail
- Creative, enjoy challenges, and not afraid to innovate
