Ecommerce salaries – paying people what they’re worth
Perhaps one of the most intriguing sections of our ecommerce salary survey report is the salary benchmarks! We survey professionals across multiple ecommerce specialisms in order to paint a picture of what people are earning. It certainly helps candidates position themselves, but it can help you too!
If you aren’t offering a reasonable salary for the role, in terms of job title and responsibilities, have you considered why? We understand every business has budgets, but your competitors could be getting ahead of the curve when it comes to salary. While being valued and respected in a role is great, salary will always be a big factor for job hunters.
